If you don't care about the condition of the packaging. Look under the collectible section on Amazon.com. There are some sellers getting rid of their damaged box figures at below the market pricing.

It's about $18 shipped. This is still much lower than the $25 this figure usually goes for.

P.S. the one I ordered turns out to be Mint in Mint Box and still $7 cheaper than anywhere else.
